Eligibility for Return/Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
Footwear must be:
Unused and in original condition
In original box/packaging with tags intact
Tried only on a clean, dry surface without visible signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items
Sale/clearance items marked as Final Sale
Customized or personalized footwear
Products damaged due to misuse, water exposure, or lack of proper care
How to Request a Return/Exchange

Order number
Reason for return/exchange
Clear photos (if damaged/defective)
Our team will review your request within 2 working days.
Once approved, ship the product to:
URBANTOES – Returns Department

Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer (except in case of defective/wrong items).
Products typically reach us within 5–7 working days.
Store Credit & Exchange
After inspection and approval, we will issue:
Store Credit (equal to product value, valid for 6 months) OR
Size Exchange (dispatched within 1–2 working days, delivery in 3–7 days)
Store Credit will reflect in your Urbantoes Account within 1–2 working days after product approval.
Please note:
A product can be exchanged only once.
Store Credit is non-refundable in cash.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a free replacement or refund (including free reverse pickup).
Replaced product will be delivered within 5–7 business days.
