1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
Footwear must be:
Unused and in original condition
In original box/packaging with all tags intact
Tried only on a clean, dry surface without visible signs of wear
Requests raised after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Sale or clearance items marked as Final Sale
Customized or personalized footwear
Products damaged due to misuse, water exposure, or lack of proper care
3. How to Request a Return / Exchange

Products usually reach us within 5β7 working days.
4. Store Credit & Exchange Policy
After inspection and approval, we will offer:
Store Credit
Equal to the product value (excluding shipping, if any)
Valid for 6 months from the date of issue
Credited to your Urbantoes account within 1β2 working days
Β Size Exchange
Dispatched within 1β2 working days after approval
Delivery time: 3β7 working days
Please note:
Each product can be exchanged only once
Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be encashed
5. Refund Policy (Prepaid, COD & EMI Orders)
Prepaid Orders (UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / NetBanking)
Refunds are processed only in case of damaged or incorrect items.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5β7 working days after inspection.
COD Orders
Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit within 7β10 working days after product approval.
EMI Orders (Credit Card EMI / No-Cost EMI)
EMI refunds are not instant and are processed through Razorpay and the issuing bank.
Once a refund is initiated, the bank reverses or adjusts the EMI loan as per its internal policy.
Refund timelines may take 15β45 working days or longer, depending on the bank.
Interest, processing fees, or bank charges are non-refundable and are determined by the issuing bank.
For partial returns, EMI adjustment depends entirely on bank policies.
Urbantoes is not responsible for delays caused by banks or lenders.
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a free replacement or refund, including reverse pickup
Replaced items are delivered within 5β7 business days.

Product colors may vary slightly due to screen or monitor settings.
Orders once approved for return must be shipped back within the provided timeline.
Urbantoes reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria.
