1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed. You may request a return after delivery as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

2. Cancellation of COD Orders

• COD (Cash on Delivery) orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

• Repeated COD cancellations may result in COD being disabled for future orders from the same customer.

3. Cancellation of EMI Orders (Credit Card EMI / No-Cost EMI / Bank EMI)

• EMI orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

• Once the order is shipped, EMI orders cannot be cancelled. Returns (if applicable) will be processed as per the Return & Exchange Policy.

EMI Refunds & Important Conditions

• Refunds for EMI orders are not instant and are processed through Razorpay and the issuing bank.

• Once a refund is initiated, the issuing bank reverses or adjusts the EMI loan as per its internal process.

• Refund timelines for EMI orders depend on the bank and can take 15–45 working days or longer in some cases.

• Interest, processing fees, convenience fees, or bank charges are non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled.

• For partial returns under EMI, the bank may:

  • Adjust the remaining EMI amount, or

  • Continue EMIs as per the original schedule (bank-dependent)

Urbantoes has no control over bank-side EMI processing timelines.

4. Order Cancellation by Urbantoes

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

• Product out of stock or discontinued

• Pricing or technical errors

• Payment verification failure

• Suspected fraud or misuse

• Incomplete or incorrect shipping address

• Non-serviceable delivery location

In such cases:

• Prepaid orders will be refunded within 5–7 working days

• EMI orders will be refunded as per bank timelines (15–45+ working days)
